Fish Pottichoru
Spiced fish curry folded into steamed rice, wrapped in banana leaf — a true Kerala comfort.

God's Own Kitchen · Vashi, Navi Mumbai
A journey through Kerala's culinary heritage — banana-leaf feasts, hand-ground spices, and a warmth that feels like home.
Our Story
The Kerala Table was born from a single conviction: the extraordinary food of Kerala — its banana-leaf feasts, its hand-ground masalas, its coastal seafood, its temple prasadam — deserves a home as refined as its flavours are ancient.
Every dish that reaches your table carries the memory of a grandmother's kitchen, the fragrance of curry leaves hitting hot coconut oil, and the quiet pride of a culinary heritage stretching back thousands of years.
We cook with the warmth we grew up with, and we serve with the generosity that defines Kerala hospitality.

Kerala Editorial Experience
A handcrafted cinematic dining experience inspired by Kerala’s culinary rituals, coastal heritage, spice culture, and luxury editorial storytelling.

Sacred Culinary Beginnings
Every Kerala dish begins in the same sacred moment — coconut oil touching hot iron, curry leaves crackling, spices awakening slowly through fire and memory.
“A sensory ritual whispered through generations of Kerala kitchens.”

The Coastal Harvest
Fresh seafood arrives daily from Kerala’s coastlines and is prepared with restraint — allowing fire, spice, smoke, and ocean character to remain beautifully intact.
“A cinematic celebration of Kerala’s coastal traditions.”
The Kerala Experience
Designed as an immersive editorial narrative inspired by Kerala’s food culture, atmosphere, rituals, spices, textures, and handcrafted culinary heritage.
The Space
Green booths, brass accents, Kerala murals, and the gentle fragrance of spice — every corner of The Kerala Table tells a story.

“Where every corner whispers Kerala, and every bite carries the soul of God's Own Country.”
A Visual Journey
Four scenes from the world of The Kerala Table.

The Heart Behind The Table
Born and raised in Kerala, Ranjit spent his formative years watching his mother transform simple coastal ingredients into meals that brought entire families together. That memory never left him.
After decades honing his craft across some of India's finest kitchens, he returned to his roots — not geographically, but philosophically. The Kerala Table is his answer to a single question: what if Kerala's home cooking was given the stage it always deserved?
His philosophy is unwavering: honour the ingredient, respect the process, and cook with the same warmth you'd bring to your own table.
“A dish without memory is just food. We cook to keep Kerala alive at every table.”
